Missions
Please be in prayer for our mission team ministering in Honduras this week.

"We are doing well. We made all of our flights although we were delayed in Miami due to fuel leaking from our engine. we were deplaned while they repaired our plane. We arrived late for church service, then sorted our meds, and checked into our ¨¨hotel¨¨. We had our first clinic at the church where we served 184 in the medical and 70 in the eye clinic. All in all, a good day. Everyone is doing well and so far no sickness.

Continue to keep us in prayer as we have four more clinics and they are long days and short nights."

            Healing Prayer immediately following the morning worship service at the back of the sanctuary
            Prayer for "The Harvest" at 11:45 a.m. in the "Upper Room"

Mission of The Month
Our mission of the month for June is C.A.L.M. -Charlottesville Abundant Life Ministries. You can learn more about C.A.L.M. and other ministries that are supported by CCC by checking out the ministries wall in the foyer and hospitality room. If you would like to donate to this ministry please make your check out to CCC, write "CALM" in the memo section and place it in the offering basket.

Riverside Community Tutoring
We are very excited to be given the opportunity to tutor the children of the Riverside Community. Our next session begins on September 8th. and continues throughout the school year on Wednesdays 3:30-5:00 and 5:30-6:30. In addition to tutoring, volunteers are needed to assist with fieldtrips, games, and providing snacks and small rewards for the "Tutor Store." We covet your prayers. Come see "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat!" Performances will be held on Fri. 8/6 and 8/13 @ 7:00, Sat. 8/7 & 8/14 @ 7:00 and Sun. 8/8 and 8/15 @ 3:00 at Spring Hill Baptist Church 2620 Frays Mill Church in Ruckersville. Or join us on Sat. 8/7 for dinner and the show! Dinner starts at 6:00 and the show at 7:00. The show features a talented local cast and the fantastic music of Andrew Lloyd Webber. It is 90 minutes of music, dance and lots of laughs! Perfect for all ages.

Tickets are on sale now by calling the church office at 973-7473 or the Black Box Players at 970-7600 or emailing maryanne@blackboxplayers.com. Tickets may also be purchased At the Door 1/2 hr before each show. All tickets are $5 - general admission. Dinner & Show combo tickets for 8/8 are $8 adults, $4 children or $20 for a family of 3 or more - tickets must be purchased in advance for the dinner.
